About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Kronos Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of the Kronos system across multiple sites.

Your primary objective will be to provide excellent support and troubleshooting services to our clients, analyzing and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and politely, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Frontline communication responding and resolving Kronos issues via email and phone, adhering to our Support Communications guidelines.
  • Escalate complex queries to internal teams as necessary, following established processes to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Support team, collaborating with the Payroll department to drive excellence.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of Kronos, including payroll configuration experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • A methodical approach to problem-solving, with high attention to detail and diligence in seeing queries through to full resolution.
  • Initiative and self-management skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
