Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Services Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will provide essential support to our Property Services team, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes at our premier destination.

Responsibilities
  • Reception Services: Provide friendly reception services to assist our staff, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Contract Coordination: Support the Property Services Supervisor/Manager with contract coordination and work orders, including tracking and following up on completed tasks.
  • Service Requests: Manage service and maintenance requests efficiently.
  • Access Control: Facilitate contractor sign-ins and access control for external stakeholders.
  • Accounts Payable: Ensure accurate processing of accounts payable documents in line with statutory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in the construction or hospitality industry.
  • Administrative Skills: A background in providing senior administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial Administration: Financial administration experience and strong attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
