Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Director for Scalable Growth to join our team at SafetyCulture. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our product growth strategy, driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product growth strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Lead and mentor a team of growth product managers to drive excellence in product development and growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and data science, to ensure alignment and effective execution of growth strategies
  • Design and implement experiments to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and inform data-driven decisions
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth and business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product growth and development
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in product management and product growth, with a strong track record of delivering business outcomes through data-driven decision-making
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams to drive excellence in product development and growth initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement experiments to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives
  • Experience in designing and implementing KPIs to measure growth and business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in product growth and development
