Your Role

We're looking for a seasoned Digital Product Director to spearhead our Martech efforts. In this role, you'll develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for digital products across multiple cross-functional squads.
  • Define and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Participate in market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for agile development.
  • Ensure products are developed in a scalable, efficient manner, and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and timely delivery of product features.
  • Review all customer feedback and complaints to gather insights on user behavior, needs, and pain points.
  • Mentor product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to product development and implementation.
