About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Lead to join our team at SafetyCulture. As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and develop product roadmaps.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
- Contribute to the development of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our platform
