We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineering Manager to lead our data strategy and drive the development of scalable solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Lead a team of data scientists and analytics engineers to build and maintain data pipelines, warehouses, and related infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into product development and operations.
  • Design and develop scalable data models and architectures to support large-scale data processing and analysis.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, security, and governance across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling, with knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
