Job Description

This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will work closely with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop proactive approaches to sourcing high-quality talent.

You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment activities, including sourcing strategy, candidate screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and extending offers. Additionally, you will partner with stakeholders to address hiring challenges and future workforce planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining forward-looking talent pipelines to support workforce planning
  • Using data and insights to continuously improve effective hiring decision-making
  • Maintaining accurate records and optimizing the use of our applicant tracking system (ATS)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success by driving the talent acquisition strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous in-house talent acquisition experience in a similar business partnering position
  • Demonstrated experience in market mapping for critical and hard-to-fill roles, and building talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter
  • A track record of developing creative sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find talent
  • A customer-focused mindset, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work flexibly in a team environment
