Job Role Summary

We seek a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and implement recruitment strategies, attracting and hiring top talent for Club Operations.

This role involves creating strategic partnerships with schools, tertiary institutions, and community networks to develop inclusive talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for Club Operations.
  • Create strategic partnerships with educational institutions and community groups to develop inclusive talent pipelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and community groups to identify and recruit top talent.
  • Design and implement assessment centers and interview processes to ensure high-quality candidates are selected for roles within the organization.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with labour market trends affecting the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations relating to employment, including anti-discrimination laws and workplace health and safety requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment centers.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
