As a pivotal talent intelligence expert, you will play a crucial role in defining what great talent is and driving smarter talent decisions. This position involves developing talent frameworks that ultimately influence improved planning, accuracy, efficiency, attraction, retention, and movement of the entire workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify top performers across various teams and businesses.
- Develop succession plans and recruitment assessment tools based on top talent insights.
- Use talent insights to identify gaps between the current state and future goals, recommending improvements to the People and Culture team.
- Train hiring managers on talent insights to increase awareness and accountability for hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with Recruitment Manager to refine and focus workforce planning strategies and attraction and sourcing strategies.
- Hold qualifications and background in HR, L&D, Organisational Development, Talent Management, or similar fields.
- Familiarity with competency frameworks/models and their application to talent-led insights, succession planning, recruitment tools, and business performance.
- Confidence in analyzing data, spotting trends, and translating insights into actions.
- Passion for building values-led capability and driving pragmatic business outcomes through people.
