About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to support our hiring process in facilitating recruitment and onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk recruitment campaigns, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Participate on the panel to interview candidates, providing valuable insights and feedback.
  • Conduct visa checks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
  • Manage the onboarding process, including preparing onboarding materials, facilitating new hire orientations, and ensuring all documentation is completed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including maintaining candidate files and updating databases, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, communicating effectively to provide regular updates and address queries.
About You

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant with recent experience in supporting bulk recruitment processes, handling high volumes of administrative tasks, managing communications with candidates and agencies, and overseeing onboarding procedures.

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at different levels, building strong relationships and communicating effectively.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
