We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant with recent experience in supporting bulk recruitment processes, handling high volumes of administrative tasks, managing communications with candidates and agencies, and overseeing onboarding procedures.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at different levels, building strong relationships and communicating effectively.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
