About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Implementation and Training Specialist to join our team at Simpro Software Pty Ltd.
As an Implementation and Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and training of our AroFlo suite of products to new and existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality, tailored product training to a broad range of clients and industries, with each session being unique to their needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent training delivery skills, with the ability to tailor methods to suit differing client needs. Previous experience in the SaaS/tech industry is highly valued, particularly in on-boarding clients and understanding business processes and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective training strategies to meet the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds and industries.
- Collaborate with other departments to help build a better product for our clients, incorporating feedback and ideas from various areas.
- Maintain open communication channels with clients to ensure they receive ongoing support throughout every step of their implementation.
- Monitor client progress, taking a proactive approach to address any challenges or concerns that may arise.
- Be flexible and willing to work across different locations, including on-site and off-site training sessions, to accommodate individual client needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Possess a professional, consultative approach, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to adapt and learn new programs and systems quickly.
- Hold a strong understanding of business processes and workflows, with experience in implementing software solutions.
- Have previous experience working in the SaaS/tech industry, preferably in on-boarding clients and delivering training sessions.
- Be able to prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering rapid outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
