Job Description
  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Drive brand growth through data-driven decisions, leveraging expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Manage Brand Identity and Guidelines: Oversee the consistent representation of our brand across all touchpoints, ensuring cohesion and recognition.
  • Drive Retail Sales and Customer Acquisition: Analyze market trends, optimize campaigns, and implement effective tactics to increase customer engagement and sales.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3 to 5 Years of Digital Marketing Experience: Proven track record in driving business growth through digital channels.
  • Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Channels: PPC marketing, SEO, CRM, PR, and analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent Leadership and Team Management Abilities: Experience in leading direct reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Collation: Ability to interpret and act on data insights to inform marketing decisions.
