Ecommerce Digital Marketing Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Amart National Store Support Centre in Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity to drive the Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Strategy of Amart, working closely with a driven team passionate about growing the brand online.
Key Responsibilities:- Ecommerce Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Ecommerce marketing and merchandising strategies to improve customer experience online and drive Online Sales.
- Digital Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Media Agencies to develop and execute digital marketing strategies for consumer lead generation and website traffic.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and be accountable for Online Sales, ROAS, conversion rate, and engagement metrics onsite.
- Ecomm External Partnership Management: Work closely with Web Development agencies and Analytic Resource Agencies to ensure seamless execution.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Direct Marketing and Marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and streamlined processes.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year salary range based on industry standards and location. The actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
Requirements:- Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in ecommerce/digital roles.
- Demonstrated experience in an Ecommerce and Digital Marketing management role.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally.
- Results-oriented – focusing on tangible outcomes and goals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment.
