Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Guest Services team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the hotel and surrounding community to exceed guest expectations.
  • Assign rooms according to guest preferences, handling general enquiries and creating tailored experiences.
  • Verify and adjust billing, focusing on attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with guests, driving future bookings and loyalty.
  • Oversee service standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives.
  • Supervise and develop your team, fostering a culture of growth and empowerment.

About You:

  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
  • Relevant supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Enthusiasm for career growth and development.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment.
