- Direct and work with all areas of the Hotel's Talent and department heads

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with Opera PMS is ideal
- A deep local understanding of the guest journey
- Ability to work a rotating fortnightly roster
