About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our dynamic and high-performing planning team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving strategic decisions through sales, sizing and regional analysis reporting.

  • Support the planning team with data-driven insights to inform key business decisions.
  • Work closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient supply chain management.
  • Analyse sales trends and provide recommendations to improve size availability and drive results.
  • Conduct seasonal planning and forecasting to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run regular reporting and interpret insights to identify next steps to drive results.
  • Setup seasonal planning documents in preparation for the financial planning process.
  • Conduct size curve analysis and provide recommendations to improve size availability.
  • Analyse country/region and grading performance and suggest strategic actions.
  • Produce post-seasonal reports and support planners with post-seasonal review preparation.
Requirements
  • A commercially savvy individual with a genuine interest in retail and customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong understanding of apportionment and replenishment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage, analyse and interpret data with confidence.
