Job Description

Lead strategic planning initiatives to maintain network reliability and efficiency, ensuring the organization remains a key player in the energy landscape. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive planning processes to assess network capabilities, emerging issues, and potential limitations.
  • Leading augmentation planning for the network to ensure bushfire safety compliance with REFCL technology.
  • Managing delivery of non-network solutions to reduce network demand and generation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant qualification and experience in Engineering.
  • Contemporary knowledge of electricity network planning, asset management practices, and overarching markets.
  • Proficiency in using electricity network analysis tools or relevant software (such as Sincal, PSS/E, PowerFactory and/or PSCAD) and interpreting results.
