About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Influencer & Partnerships Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our influencer program and developing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify paid partnerships with influencers and content creators who align with Quad Lock's brand values and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Performance and Social Media team to brainstorm, plan, brief, and execute strategic influencer-branded content campaigns that drive results.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication of terms and deliverables.
  • Work closely with influencers to create authentic, high-quality content that aligns with Quad Lock's messaging and resonates with our audience.
  • Directly engage with key partners to coordinate product gifting and training, ensuring that influencers adhere to established guidelines and use the products appropriately.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of sending product samples to all influencers and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer-branded content campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the wider marketing team.
  • Manage a substantial influencer marketing budget efficiently, ensuring campaigns are meeting targets for reach, engagement, and delivering ROI.
  • Ensure influencer content is seamlessly integrated into the ad structure and brief the in-house creative team to develop engaging and creative content utilizing influencer deliverables.
  • Provide support across social media and related projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous marketing experience with a proven track record in promoted content or paid media.
  • Experience working with influencers and managing international partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in social media management software (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Klear, Later, Meta Brands Collab Manager).
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and apply insights to future campaigns.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive, with an innovative mindset and a willingness to experiment and challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • The ability to create and edit content is a plus.
  • Interest in Quad Lock's core categories (Moto, Cycle, Drive) is a plus.
