Curriculum Development Specialist

Marian College is seeking a dedicated educator to lead curriculum design and implementation aligned with College standards.

  • Job Description:

The successful candidate will promote high-quality teaching practices, use data to drive continuous improvement in student outcomes, mentor staff, coordinate course development, and ensure consistency in assessment and reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement curricula that align with College standards.
  2. Develop and maintain high-quality teaching resources.
  3. Use data to inform instructional decisions and drive continuous improvement in student outcomes.
  4. Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their teaching practices.
  5. Coordinate the development of new courses and programs.
  6. Ensure consistency in assessment and reporting processes.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum development and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design and implementation principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders.
