Clinical Learning Facilitator

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to support skills development across a wide range of subject areas and workforce segments, with a strong focus on the clinical and care teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating engaging and effective learning across clinical matters, IT systems, soft skills development and frontline management development learning.
  • Tailoring delivery for each educational opportunity to suit diverse learning styles and objectives.
  • Conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions and supporting skill dissemination through champion networks.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and contribute to annual capability calendars.
  • Implementing and evaluating Learning initiatives.
