Job Summary:
We are seeking a Learning & Development Capability Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of learning strategies, programs, and initiatives.

The Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position working on a large and complex portfolio of work with a well-known Australian organisation. You will work in a hybrid role where you will spend 3 days a week in the office. Your key responsibilities will include capability strategy, training delivery, and collaboration with change management practice, instructional designers, and the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
- Lead the design and delivery of training initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Prior experience in managing training and capability development within complex environments
- Knowledge of contemporary adult learning theories, principles, and practices
- Experience working with instructional design principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities and projects
