Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development professional to play a key role in driving our strategy and executing the framework already developed.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing engaging, modular training content, conducting thorough training needs analysis, and delivering practical solutions that drive results on the ground.
- Support the rollout of the Competency Skills Matrix by partnering with operations teams to assess capability against the framework.
- Lead a comprehensive training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities to shape targeted learning programs.
- Design and deliver modular training content, creating practical, easy-to-use resources that meet business objectives.
