Core Business Systems Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimisation and support of core business applications across venues. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business applications support and administration, strong documentation and training delivery skills, excellent problem-solving and project coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer & optimise core business applications across venues (POS, kitchen management and other key platforms)
  • Deliver and manage training for new team members and ongoing refresher sessions for existing staff
  • Maintain data accuracy, security and system integrity across all supported platforms
  • Create actionable reports to support business decisions across departments
  • Manage support & change requests, prioritise issues, and liaise with software vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system improvements and integrations
  • Deploy and support key business initiatives including loyalty and membership programs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business applications support and administration (POS system experience highly regarded)
  • Strong documentation and training delivery skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, project coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of data integrity and system processes
