Campaign Manager Opportunity

White Fox is a globally recognized fashion brand. We are looking for an experienced campaign manager to join our fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and external teams, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of quality assurance.
  • Utilize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to build, test, and launch personalized communications, focusing on segmentation, dynamic content setup, and QA.
  • Implement targeted campaigns that reach customers at the right time and place, leveraging segmentation tools to deliver personalized journeys across SMS, app, and email.
  • Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and reports, working closely with the CRM team to surface insights, drive learnings, and make recommendations that optimize future campaigns.

Liaise with external partners and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and campaign activity execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years' experience in a CRM or loyalty role within e-commerce or retail, preferably with customer journey expertise.
  • Proven experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and triggered messaging.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results and provide actionable insights.
