Senior Performance Lead

As a Senior Performance Lead, you will be responsible for driving data-driven strategies to propel our high-spend clients forward.

This is a mid-senior level position requiring 4+ years of paid media experience. You should have a strong performance history across Google Ads, Meta, and digital platforms, as well as commercial awareness and mentoring skills.

  • Lead client relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Set and manage performance reviews and strategies sessions.
  • Oversee larger ad spend accounts, including international presence or aggressive growth targets.
  • Support Specialists on campaign setup and real-time optimisations.
  • Build integrated campaign strategies that span paid digital and offline ATL for cohesive execution.
  • Implement and report on uplift studies and other measurement approaches.
  • Turn cross-channel data into actionable insights at a business level.
  • Lead internal education around campaign effectiveness and strategic media investment decisions.
