Job Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled individual to manage end-to-end campaign processes, from strategy and build through to execution and post-campaign analysis. You'll work closely with our Marketing team to plan and execute Email Marketing campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaign strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Execution: Build, test, and launch personalised communications across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.
  • Segmentation & Messaging: Execute targeted campaigns that reach customers at the right time and place, leveraging segmentation tools to deliver personalised journeys.
  • Data & Insights: Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to inform future campaign decisions.
  • Loyalty Optimisation: Play a key role in executing and evolving our Loyalty Programme, delivering creative messaging across customer touch points and uncovering new opportunities to drive engagement and retention.
  • Liaise with internal teams to keep projects on track and ensure smooth delivery of campaign activity.

What You'll Bring

">
  • 1-2 years' experience in a CRM or Loyalty role, ideally within eCommerce or retail.
  • Proven experience with customer journeys, segmentation, A/B testing, and triggered messaging.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign results and provide actionable insights.
