National Employment Leader

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the efficient and effective delivery of our Inclusive Employment program. This role will be responsible for aligning operations with our commitment to inclusive employment, cultivating strong partnerships with employers, peak bodies, and funding agencies, and driving systemic program improvements.

  • Oversight of assigned Employment Services Areas (ESAs)

  • Influence industry outcomes
  • Champion the rights of people with disability and refugees
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in Business Management or similar
  • Proven leadership experience across multi-region teams
  • Track record in achieving KPIs, service excellence, and business growth
  • Knowledge of labour markets and employment services
  • Understanding of the needs of people with disability, CALD, and refugee communities
