Make an Impact

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to lead the delivery of strategic employment law advice across all business units in Asia Pacific. As a leader, you will manage compliance, employment litigation, and industrial relations matters, helping meet commitments under the Fair Work Act and relevant instruments.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing legal responses and representation in employment law forums
  • Providing expert advice on Enterprise Agreements and employment contracts
  • Supporting investigations and regulatory inquiries
  • Advising on employment contract templates and wages compliance
  • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure legally sound practices
  • Leading communication on employment law changes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8–10+ years' experience as an Employment Lawyer
  • A Bachelor of Laws and an Unrestricted Practicing Certificate
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply the Fair Work Act
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience advising senior stakeholders
  • A proactive approach and comfort working autonomously
