**Program Director Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our Employment Service Areas across multiple regions in Sydney. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and strategic direction to cultivate a high-performing culture aligned with our values and mission.

  • The Program Director will contribute to national projects that build resources, processes, and new capability to strengthen our service.
  • They will be responsible for leading the successful execution of our Inclusive Employment Australia program across multiple Employment Services Areas, working closely with colleagues including the General Manager and other Program Managers.
  • The Program Director will support, develop, and mentor program staff to thrive in their roles, building capability and meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The Program Director will establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders and external partners, ensuring collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • They will ensure compliance with National Standards for Disability, ISO accreditation, and other requirements through regular audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
