  • Strategic Leadership: Set direction and deliver on legislative and regulatory mandates.
  • Governance & Boards: Report to and advise boards and Ministers across jurisdictions.
  • Cultural Uplift: Lead transformation and build a high-performing, values-driven team.
  • LegaL & Regulatory Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of professional standards legislation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence policy and build partnerships across government and industry.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a senior executive with legal qualifications (or comparable qualification and experience), regulatory experience, and a strong track record in hands-on governance and cultural reform.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving strategic reform. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with industry leaders and stakeholders to build partnerships and influence policy.
