Our opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Family Support Specialist who will be critical to the success of Honour and Plaîs Ealry Learning Centres by driving the enrolment and attendance rates for our centres through process optimisation, nurturing of leads and enquiries through to enrolment.

About you

Experience: Minimum 3 years' proven experience as a Sales Specialist.

Skills: With strong people and sales skills you thrive in a fast paced environment where you are encouraged to exceed your targets and deliver exceptional results. Leveraging your experience uplifting sales processes and tactics, you look for any opportunity to implement new strategies to enhance results. As a true team player you look for any opportunity to assist the teams around you to learn about the business, and ensure you develop strong relationships with our teams.

Your role as the Enrolment Sales Specialist

  • Drive family enrolment experience to achieve exceptional results.
  • Nurture relationships via telephone and web-based enquiries.
  • Optimise enrolments across Honour & Plaîs centres.
  • Supporting families through the enrolment and onboarding process.
  • Liaise with and help direct centre teams as required to progress enrolments.
  • Use existing and develop new sales techniques to optimise enrolments.
  • Nurture engagement of families on waitlists and keep families warm throughout waiting periods.
  • Provide insights from your interactions to guide the business on how to improve our enrolment process and make our offerings more attractive.
  • Proactively look for new opportunities and work closely with our marketing team to ensure the flow of enquiries across our network.
  • Support the continuous improvement of enrolment scripts and templates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all family interactions and enquiries in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and Centre teams to plan and execute enrolment campaigns or open days.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes.
