With a commitment to exceeding the EYLF and QKLG curriculum requirements, we are passionate about the programs we deliver to our centre children and families. We have amazing children and families that we work with daily and we have a strong presence in our community.

As a lead educator you will help lead and guide our children's learning and care. You will be an effective communicator, experienced in programming for the Early Years Learning Framework, understand the regulations that govern our industry, including oversee ratio requirements in regards to supervision, be adept at creating child documentation and operate a computer/ ipad device.

Support is given in this independently owned centre for staff to engage in professional development and self growth. Staff welfare and support is a key feature of the the centre and benefit programs are in place for all employees to help support their work, life balance and recognition for outstanding achievements in the workplace.

This role offers you the opportunity to lead your team and also work collaboratively with our whole team, as we work together to strive towards our core values and centre philosophy. The position allows you to engage in meaningful early years education in a natural environment, without the sterile astro turf environment that is too common in early years education.
