Trade Promotional Optimisation (TPO) / Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Specialist

Overview:

The TPO/TPM Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, management, and optimisation of trade promotional tools across a multi-beverage organisation. This role requires a blend of revenue growth management, analytics, and technical expertise to drive sales growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the deployment and integration of TPM/TPO software across business divisions.
  2. Own the TPM/TPO project delivery and future enhancements.
  3. E nsure TPO tools align with business needs and are properly configured.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to test and ensure timely project delivery.
  5. Participate in the customisation and design of vendor software to ensure alignment with business requirements and fit-for-purpose solutions.
  6. Manage the project backlog, prioritise enhancements, and build business cases.
  7. Provide training and support to ensure users fully leverage TPO tools.
  8. Work with other stakeholders to ensure platform compliance with architecture, governance, and IT requirements.
  9. Create playbooks and coach SRGM teams on promotional analysis and improvements.
  10. Monitor promotional activities to identify insights and optimisation opportunities.
  11. Maintain data integrity and develop dashboards to track promotional performance.
  12. Manage relationships with TPO vendors and negotiate contracts.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, IT, or a related field. Previous experience in trade promotion management, revenue growth management, or related fields is essential. Experience with advanced TPM/TPO tools is also required.
