We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding our value propositions and developing territory plans to include integrated solutions with long-term value.
- Communicate effectively to individuals and groups in various situations and develop industry-specific value propositions.
- Achieve and exceed all revenue and performance targets for 'net new' business through refined sales abilities.
- Cultivate strong relationships both with clients and internal stakeholders to promote our Net Promoter Score (NPS) process.
- Advocate best practices and new ideas while promoting our company values.
- Demonstrate strong sales experience with at least 3 years in a pure BDM role.
- Able to research client/industry organisations and understand competitors' positioning, activities, strategies, and differentiators.
- Effectively assess client needs and recommend high-value solutions linked to their goals.
- Proven credentials negotiating major deals or contracts and refined sale closing techniques.
