Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Administration Coordinator to join our team on Ward 6 East. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for coordinating communication, patient services, and clerical functions. This role requires excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication between ward teams, patients, and families
  • Promote and maintain excellent customer relations with patients, visitors, and hospital personnel
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
