Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Specialist Consulting Clinics team. This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday with a salary of approximately $80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of various administrative tasks to support regular review of clinic waitlists.
  • Generate communications with patients on waitlists and respond to enquiries.
  • Remove patients who no longer require appointments or are not contactable, and generate correspondence accordingly.
  • Maintain effective communication with clinical programs regarding audit updates.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Able to plan workflow, prioritize tasks, and delegate to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience in a health setting.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and privacy legislation.
  • Knowledge of Cerner Programs.
  • Understanding of medical terminology.
