About the Role

MASC Trials is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Trials Assistant to provide operational support to the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective collaboration and teamwork in the clinical trial setting, as well as contributing to the broader aims of MASC Trials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the research team, including coordinating meetings, managing documents, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist with the development and implementation of clinical trials, including preparing study materials, coordinating with researchers and clinicians, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the development of research proposals, protocols, and reports, as well as assisting with data management and analysis
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of clinical trial activities

Requirements

  • Relevant undergraduate degree in health sciences or related field (or an equivalent combination of relevant research experience and/or education/training)
  • Previous experience in research administration or clinical trial experience
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated high-level organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently and as part of a team
