
Client Care Manager

The Client Care Manager plays a pivotal role in the delivery of exceptional care to clients.
This position involves coordinating all client-related activities, ensuring a high standard of care is consistently delivered.
The key responsibilities include:
- Managing carer recruitment and training programs to enhance service quality
- Developing and implementing operational performance plans to achieve set targets
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies regarding aged and disability care services
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families through effective communication and issue resolution
The Client Care Manager will also be responsible for leading by example as a mentor and team leader, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support / Community Care (or higher qualification in a relevant discipline)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Aged Care or Management would be highly desirable
