**How you'll make an impact**

Due to an internal promotion, we are currently recruiting for a Client Engagement Manager. Reporting to the Head of Client Engagement, one of the key responsibilities of this role will involve identifying appropriate clients for Carechoice.

A day in the life as our Client Engagement Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining a great network of referrers who will help you achieve your targets
- Meeting clients and their families and understand the supports they need
- Creating person-centred support plans that reflect the client's needs and aspirations
- Ensuring that clients and referrers have a positive experience
- Undertaking client risk assessments to keep everyone safe

**About You**

As our Client Engagement Manager, you will have strong attention to detail and have the ability to build key relationships. In addition, you will have a pro-active attitude and a positive approach to achieving outstanding outcomes for our clients.

You will be self-motivated, amiable, honest, perform the role with the highest level of professionalism and integrity, with a genuine customer service focus.
- Ideally, you'll have:_
- You come with a background in disability, nursing, social work, or an allied health discipline
- You understand community services and NDIS funding
- You have experience writing person centred support plans
- You have experience networking and creating long standing relationships with key stakeholders
- Qualifications required:_
- Current First Aid and CPR qualification
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence

**More importantly**:

You will be visiting people's homes to set up their new CareChoice services. You need to be bright and positive, have a can-do attitude, and be able to think creatively to work out how we can help them to achieve their goals. You need to be understanding of different communication needs, happy to chat with Aunty Dot and pat the dog, but at the same time elicit all the important information needed to assess risks and set up the new service.
