Job Title: Business Analyst

The role of a business analyst is to identify, analyse and document product and business processes, systems and other functional requirements to support efficient delivery of business operations and performance in line with organisational strategies and operations.

  • Experience supporting projects that deliver financial, HR ERP projects mapping business capabilities to product features and processes.
  • Business Analysis experience supporting complex and sensitive consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyse and translate business processes, technical functions and a broad range of data to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To investigate problems, analyse options and provide recommendations for new and existing services.
  • Deliver targeted data driven insights into the underlying drivers of commercial outcomes to translate complex analysis into meaningful insights, develop appropriate recommendations and identify interdependencies to support decision making.
Requirements:

We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience supporting SAP HCM transactional services, ideally supporting large scale SAP HCM projects.
  • Extensive experience in supporting end to end HR transactional services (Payroll, Payroll Production/Reconciliation and/or HCM/OM) in a complex shared services environment with a diverse client base.
