Service Delivery Manager Position Overview\Helpersp>The role of a Service Delivery Manager involves driving service delivery across NSW, working closely with the National CTP Portfolio Manager to build on existing portfolio performance. This position requires mentoring and training consultants in CTP claim and injury management strategy. Performance activities, including QA and strategic file reviews are also undertaken.

To be successful in this role, you will have occupational therapy, physiotherapy or exercise physiology qualifications, along with relevant registrations/accreditation. Experience working within the NSW CTP scheme is essential, as is excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • You will work closely with the National CTP Portfolio Manager to drive service delivery improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives

About you:
