About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our Ballarat Sales Team. As an integral member of the Branch leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continued profitability and growth of the branches, employee development, and customer satisfaction.

This full-time, permanent position requires regular travel within the surrounding area and between locations of responsibility. Your success will be measured in three key areas:

  1. Customer Satisfaction: Develop long-term mutually beneficial customer relationships using negotiation and relationship management skills.
  2. Financial Performance: Set goals and budgets based on industry knowledge and commercial acumen.
  3. Leadership and Development: Develop and elevate the team, creating a culture of shared success, ongoing development, operational excellence, and integrity.
