Retail Finance Manager Job Opportunity:

 

  • The Retail Finance Manager will provide on-site support to sales teams across multiple agricultural dealership locations within their region, focusing on delivering finance and insurance solutions to customers.
  • They will promote and sell a range of finance products tailored to meet the unique needs of agricultural customers, ensuring strict adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
  • The incumbent is expected to consistently achieve and exceed finance sales targets across all assigned dealerships.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • Conduct thorough customer interviews to assess specific needs and develop bespoke finance packages for equipment purchases.
  • Build lasting relationships with farmers, agribusiness clients, and dealership stakeholders to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business opportunities.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and development to dealership sales staff to enhance their confidence and capability in presenting finance options.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in finance and insurance sales, preferably within agricultural equipment finance or automotive finance sectors.
  • A deep understanding of agricultural customer needs and equipment finance solutions is essential.
