The Role

A full-time, permanent position for an experienced general Commercial/Corporate Litigator.

You will have access to a diverse caseload ranging from complex, large-value commercial disputes to insolvency matters.

As an expert drafter of court documents, you will identify key issues, understand evidentiary solutions, and brief appropriate counsel.

You can expect to work with sophisticated corporate clients, mainly publicly listed. This requires experience in liaising directly with such clients and their stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years PAE exclusively in general Commercial/Corporate Litigation in reputable firms known for their prowess in litigation
  • Detail-oriented and committed to work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: strong plain English communication, autonomy, and ability to implement feedback
