Job Title: Dispute Resolution Officer
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Dispute Resolution Specialist. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide case management for disputing parties, clarifying issues, improving communication and reducing tensions;
- Develop and implement dispute resolution strategies to determine the appropriate course of action;
- Assess disputes and develop recommendations for resolution;
- Facilitate settlement negotiations and mediation sessions;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience managing complex case loads within dispute resolutions;
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation and Acts, including applicable laws;
- National Mediator Accreditation and conciliation experience is desirable;
