High Level Dispute Resolution Specialist

This role involves delivering a high-level dispute resolution service under key human rights laws. You will manage a high-volume caseload in a timely manner, setting priorities and meeting performance standards.
Key duties include undertaking pre-conciliation discussions with clients, exploring resolution at an early stage of the dispute, and undertaking conciliation and facilitated negotiation of disputes using specialist knowledge of the law.
You will also generate solutions and outcomes with an aim to optimise the potential for resolution, and facilitate post-conciliation negotiations, including preparing terms of settlement as required.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, conscientious, and collaborative, upholding our values of creativity, accountability, rigour, and empathy.
