Enterprise Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team and drive revenue growth within existing accounts. This role requires a hardworking, driven individual with superb energy, passion, and initiative for growing business within existing accounts.
About the Role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth. You will work closely with our Solution Architects and partner with our Professional Services and Customer Success team to achieve customer satisfaction. Your goal is to build strong and effective relationships with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end-users, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities and closing deals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of field experience in quota-carrying sales, with a focus on expanding new accounts
- Demonstrated ability to sell into new lines of business within open accounts and run complex sales processes
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
- Fluent in English
- Ability to attend the office 3 days per week
- Driven and competitive, with a strong desire to be successful
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
- Familiarity with databases, development, and open-source technology
