We are seeking a skilled and experienced Airport Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling activities to ensure the successful delivery of the airport project.

About the Role

The Airport Project Coordinator will work closely with the project manager to develop and implement schedules, monitor progress, and report on deviations against the project plan.

You will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing project documents, identifying stakeholder requirements, and ensuring that all necessary interfaces are in place.

In addition, you will work collaboratively with the project team to develop flow charts for systems completions and testing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules.
  2. Monitor progress and report on deviations against the project plan.
  3. Review and analyze project documents to identify stakeholder requirements.
  4. Ensure that all necessary interfaces are in place.
  5. Develop flow charts for systems completions and testing requirements.
Qualifications and Experience

You will need to have a strong background in project coordination and planning, with experience in construction and commissioning projects.

A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field would be highly desirable.

Proficiency in Level 3 / 4 planning for construction and commissioning projects is essential.

Broad knowledge of technology systems and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders are also required.
