As a key player in the heart of Australia's busiest airport, you will be instrumental in overseeing program governance, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring deliverables align with broader business outcomes.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment that underpins the daily operations of the airport. Your work will directly support the safety, efficiency, and resilience of the airport precinct.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic oversight and coordination of multiple interdependent projects within the Aviation Operations Planning and Delivery team.
  • Partner with project sponsors to plan and manage the overall program lifecycle, ensuring alignment with key operational outcomes.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to keep the program on track.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive program success.
  • Support program governance through documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including budget tracking, roster coordination, and meeting management.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in program or project coordination, ideally within a complex operational environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of working across diverse teams and large-scale initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and documentation.
  • Solid understanding of program planning, monitoring, and risk management techniques.
  • Knowledge of airport operations, procedures, and processes is highly regarded.
